s172 Statements
The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 require Mobico Group and a number of its subsidiaries to publish a statement explaining how the Directors have given due regard for the matters set out in section 172 (1) (a) to (f) of the Companies Act 2006 (“s172 Statement”).
Mobico Group’s s172 statement is part of its annual report each year, and the most recent s172 statement is available below. Other operating subsidiaries which have their own websites make their s172 statements available on such websites.
